MANAGEMENT POLICIES

Terms and Conditions

You (our Guest) agree that you will pay to us (the Operator) the apartment rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our hotel. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or any time after your departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.

You agree that check-in time is 2:00pm on the date shown for your arrival. You agree that we may apply a charge if your required check-in time requires us to keep the room empty on the previous day. You agree that check-out time is 10.00am on the date shown for your departure, unless we agree to another time. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charge. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented, even though you may not have departed from our hotel.

You agree to advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room, and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration. You agree you are, and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure or to be charged to your credit card even after departure.

You agree to pay any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during your period of use. You agree to return any keys, security passes and/or car park remote controls at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of those items, should you lose or fail to return same.

You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the room, grounds or car park remain your responsibility, and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damages or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how, or where, the loss or damage occurred.

You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws, and there are no such laws which apply to your stay. We grant you license to stay in our apartment, and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving a reason.

You agree we may use your email address to send you information.

Booking policy: The person completing a booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. Your apartment booking is prepaid and charged at time of booking. Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be charged directly on check out or even after your departure by charging directly to your credit card.

Reservation and cancellation policy: The reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. The management makes no refunds for “no shows” or early checkouts. Guests must understand that the apartments had been blocked with management not accepting genuine bookings for up to six months in some cases. We had guests who had booked and checked in somewhere without contacting or warning management.

Photo ID on check-in: An acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at our hotel prior to check-in. A credit card authorisation (pre-authorisation) and/or imprint will be required at time of check-in and may be used to cover incidental items. Where a credit card is not available, full payment and a $500 bond will be required at the time of check-in.

Special requests: Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.

Room restrictions: Due to fire regulations, the maximum number of people permitted in guest rooms is 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 16 (or 2 children under the age of 12).

Pets and animals: Pets and animals are not permitted in our hotel rooms or grounds.

Smoking policy: We are a non-smoking hotel, and smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms (except on the balconies) and in common areas. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a minimum $200 cleaning fee, and the triggering of smoke alarms will incur a minimum $990 Fire Brigade call out fee, on the guest’s account.

No party policy: We are a "family friendly" hotel, and we ask guests to respect our hotel, and other guests staying at our hotel. We reserve the right to take any steps deemed necessary to ensure that the rights of all guests, on the balance, are respected. For the peaceful enjoyment of all guests staying at our hotel, we have a strict No Party Policy.

Unaccompanied minors: All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The hotel has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.

Guests’ property: Guests’ property left at our hotel, and not claimed within 14 days of departure, may be donated to charities at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and without notice.
